This purpose of this group is for people interested in photography to get involved locally. We hope to plan workshops, field trips, meetings, and competitions. We meet on the first Tue. of every month at the Woonsocket Harris Public Library on 303 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Our meetings are from 7 pm to 9 pm. Events: Sept. 2nd Meeting - Plan for new year.
Special Event: More than $500 in Prizes 24 Hour Photo Marathon The shoot date is Oct. 4, 2008 Judging will be Oct. 21st. by a three judge panel. Banquet will be Oct. 26th at River Falls Restaurant in Woonsocket, RI. The Special Guest Judge and Presenter will be Anyone can enter this 24 hour photo marathon and shoot their images anywhere they want. Compete in 5 categories for chances to win gift certificates from Hunt's Photo. There will be five $100 gift certificates, one for each category winner!
